2, high efficiency because of the extrusion processing, feed, transportation, processing, molding, and continuous production, so the efficiency is high. The production capacity of small extruders is tens of kilograms, while that of large extruders can reach tens of tons/hour, and the energy consumption is only 60-80% of the traditional production method. 

3, high utilization rate of raw materials, non-polluting extrusion processing was conducted in airtight container, in the process of equipment operation, in addition to starting and stopping to throw a little raw material waste, general won't produce raw material waste, also won't due to discharge waste gas and waste water to the environment pollution.
