B: Snow Flake/breadcrumb Production Line principle

When the grain is placed in the extruder, as the heating and pressurization progress, the water in the grain is overheated, and the grain itself becomes soft. When a certain high pressure is reached and the puffer cap is opened, the high pressure changes rapidly. At normal pressure, the water in the superheated state of the grain will suddenly explode and burst into a strong explosion. The water molecules can expand about 2,000 times. The huge expansion pressure not only destroys the external shape of the grain, but also pulls The intrinsic molecular structure of the grain is broken, and the insoluble long-chain starch is chopped into water-soluble short-chain starch, dextrin and sugar, so that the insoluble matter in the puffed food is reduced, and the water-soluble substance is increased.

2. Payment: 30% deposits, balance against copy of bill of lading or LC at sight.

3. Installation and commision: seller will send 1 technician to buyer's factory, All expenses including visa, round trip tickets, daily accommodation will be on the buyer’s account.

4. Warranty is for one year.

5. Accessory and spare pats will be offered with the whole line.

Pre-shipment Inspection Includes

a). Supplier should trial run whole line at supplier’s factory before shipment;

b). Supplier has to run the machine at least 1hour for each product;

c). All raw materials for that trial run to be arranged by supplier at their cost.

Installation Supervision And Commissioning

Including salaries based on 40 hours per week as well as accident-and health insurance for : 

1 Chief Installation Engineer for the duration of 4 days in total.

1 Process Engineer for the duration of 2 days in total, 

1 Electrical commissioning-Engineer for the duration of 1day in total.

Snow Flake/breadcrumb Production Line Period of installation:

The total length of the installation time depends on number and qualification of the available local stuff. 

A possible delay of the installation period will be additionally invoiced.

Remark: We will provide on-site service after 1 year. The customer will be asked to provide room, board, round-trip transportation, and a nominal 80USD daily subsidy per person.
