1. Cat Food Production Line Description 

Cat Food Extrusion machine can produce different shapes food for cattle, sheep, dog, fish or cat etc. Through the pretreatment of the fodder, it can reduce loss of nutrition and advance the protein ratio. So the fodder will be digested easily by animals.

Adopts corn, soya, bean meal, vegetables, bone meal, meat meat etc.It can produce fish food,cat food,dog food, bird food and so on.

5. Cat Food Production Line Machines materials

All the machines are made by stainless steel, this line is with reasonable design and with high automation; the screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function.

1. Alloy (38CrMoAL) screw made by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. Self-cleaning ability, no need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw when roasting or replacing of materials.

2. Adopting speed adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin screw feeding machine, stable materials feeding in the whole food process.

3. Gearbox with automatic lubrication function, extending gear life.

4. World famous brand Siemens main motor, guaranteeing good quality

5. Barrel with water-cooled circulation, raw materials not only for corn/rice, also for wheat flour/starch with high viscosity. Different moisture-extrusion temperature ratio, whole-expanded and half expanded as different type of products.

6. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION INCLUDES

a). Supplier should trial run whole line at supplier’s factory before shipment;

b). Supplier has to run the machine at least 1hour for each product;

c). All raw materials for that trial run to be arranged by supplier at their cost.

Installation Supervision And Commissioning

Including salaries based on 40 hours per week as well as accident-and health insurance for : 

1 Chief Installation Engineer for the duration of 1 week in total.

1 Process Engineer for the duration of 2 days in total, 

1 Electrical commissioning-Engineer for the duration of 1day in total

Cat Food Production Line Period of installation:

The total length of the installation time depends on number and qualification of the available local stuff. 

A possible delay of the installation period will be additionally invoiced.

Remark: We will provide on-site service after 1 year. The customer will be asked to provide room, board, round-trip transportation, and a nominal 80USD daily subsidy per person.
